Shabbat

Shabbat in our sacred space
Sharing Shabbat is a wonderful way to welcome in the weekend! Please join our sacred community with your family and friends. Our doors are open to all who seek to worship, learn and serve the community.
Each Friday night Shabbat service is followed by an Oneg and an opportunity to meet other congregants and to further enrich our community. On "Fifth Fridays" (the 5th Friday of the month) we celebrate Shabbat with a community dinner instead of a service and Oneg. Join us for these special gatherings to share in making new connections and to participate in informal community discussions.
Our monthly Multi-Generational Shabbat Services typically include a story in lieu of a sermon, relating to a Jewish holiday, value, or theme. We will celebrate those young people whose birthdays fall during that month. Families with children are encouraged to attend. The Shabbat service is appropriate for everyone.
If you have young children who need a break, we have a small area in the rear of the sanctuary for them with quiet, age-appropriate activities. We also offer monthly Sunday morning Tot Programs for anyone who needs earlier timing.
saturday morning torah study
On Saturday mornings we offer a Torah Study class with Rabbi Dan Polish and Rabbi Emerita Jennifer Jaech from 9:30 - 10:30 AM.
